FANTASTIC!!!!
100%I stayed in this hotel twice in one month. It is a fantastic place to relax, practise different activities and find entertainment. Staff is great, friendly & polite. Mr. Ahmed, the reservation manager, and Mr. Rasheed, one of the staff, were very helpful & decent. The animation team made a great effort to make guests happy. Actually on this visit to Sharm I wasn't able to find a place in New Tower, so I stayed in another luxurious 4 star hotel. I was not satisfied, & I only spent one night in it. Luckily the next day I found a reservation in my favourite hotel, New Tower, & was able to enjoy my stay. Thanx to the whole staff!!
