Owner‘s Description

For a breathtaking view of the Hong Kong skyline, and to satiate a cosmopolitan appetite, there is only one place to fulfill your desires - Aqua Roma. Sexy and sophisticated in décor and style, Aqua Roma is one of three levels of the Aqua Group, especially known for its scrumptious Italian menu.

Moreover, for discerning taste buds, Aqua Roma allows one to indulge in their neighbor’s, Aqua Tokyo, Japanese menus. Though to some, Italian and Japanese cuisines may appear as a clash, at Aqua it comes together in an elegant combination of traditional and modern authenticity.

Choose from exotic selections of antipasti, risottos, hand-made pizzas, sashimi, or the renowned Taraba crab tempura with crab roe miso.

But as you are swept away with the stunning views, spectacular delights, and friendly staff, remember to save room in your stomachs, as the sweets are not to be missed. Extravagant dessert platters are one of Aqua's highlights - the freshly made Molten Cake - rich, moist and steaming from heat on the inside, is  an enticing treat to share with a passionate date or will help ease the tension of a dinner with clients.
