This exclusive and stylish resort has a helpful staff and an environmentally friendly approach to hospitality. Set amongst lush tropical gardens, you can wander through luxurious water gardens to your contemporary designed bedroom. Rooms have either a courtyard or a sea view. The décor is Thai inspired but with a modern twist-- all silks, soft cottons, dark lighting, teak floors, mahogany furniture and a low lying bed. The en-suite bathrooms have a deep terrazzo bathtub, large enough for two, and sliding glass door into the bedroom. Finishing touches include dressing-gowns, slippers and rose petals for the bath. The weather forecast is provided daily, delicately scribbled in sliver pen on a leaf. The balconies have cushioned seating with views of the Bill Bensely designed gardens. Evenings can be spent in the chilled-out lounge/bar, complete with a swinging chair, or for those who wish to dine there is an Italian alfresco bar overlooking the infinity edge pool. There is also a cozy library with internet access and a relaxing spa in which to unwind.
