Herbal Tribe

What an experience.This is what Caye Caulker is all about. The new owners have kept the best of the island food and atmosphere and added a touch of Texas. We enjoyed Belize so much that we are going back for an extended vacation.  Herbal Tribes sea food is  AAAA+ and when Cale tops it with his mango salsa it is  outstanding-- the prices are not bad either.  His partner Christine brings her favorite desserts from the Texas hill country where they ran a unique restaurant.
