Located right in the center of San Ignacio, Eva’s is more than just a restaurant. They describe themselves as “the hub for most of your travel adventures”, and this is fairly accurate, as you will most likely find yourself here at some point during your visit. The restaurant, front porch and beer garden are usually full of gringos enjoying the extensive menu, which ranges from fast food (hamburgers, fries, burritos) to more typical stews and rice dishes. They will also make boxed lunches for you to take on day trips. Eva’s is also an internet café with four computers and a tour agency that offers reliable information and trips all around the Cayo district.
