This is a budget option and you get what you pay for. Rooms in the large rickety purple houses are simple but they are clean enough. There are not really any communal areas, but it is close to the sidewalk and a short stroll from the bars where you can spend the money you saved!

toward the end of the peninsula, on the road side of the sidewalk
