Low prices and well sized portions make this a popular place for both local Ticos and tourists alike. Essentially a Chinese restaurant, tourists enjoy the typical soups and noodle plates priced at a modest $5. For the same price there is a selection of chicken dishes, which tend to be popular with the locals. Other meat, fish and seafood specialties are good value for money too at between $6-8 a plate. Forget the sandwiches unless you’re only looking for a tiny snack.
