I have been to Chili Rojo for dinner about seven times and every meal was exceptional. The bartender there makes the best drinks in PV, by far.

This is no joke coming from Chicago.....the best food, ever. I can't stop talking about it and I spend my days in Chicago trying to find calamari just like it. Every plate is worth the trip to C.R.
Fine Dining in a Relaxed Setting
A relaxing Caribbean atmosphere didn't prepare me for the 4-star meal I had. One of Andrew's "specials" was perfectly cooked and plated beautifully. I complimented my green tea ice cream and chocolate cake with the finest cup of espresso in Puerto Viejo. Soft jazz, warm lighting and the sound of waves on the beach across the street makes a relaxing way to end a day in paradise.
