Orosi

Lush green valleys sweep in both directions of the Orosi Valley, where world class rafting, national parks, botanical gardens and volcanoes are all within close proximity. The temperate climate and frequent rainfall make the Orosi valley an important agricultural center and coffee-producing region of Costa Rica. A growing tourist destination, the Orosi valley is a welcoming mix of the old world and new, containing some of Costa Rica’s oldest communities and wildest natural environments. The Orosi valley sits only 60km SE of San Jose but feels worlds away in character.
