If you want a bit of backpacker luxury this could be your spot. A short walk out of the centre this reasonable size place offers clean accommodation with the bonus of a decent size swimming pool overlooking the volcano. Much more expensive than most places in town the big dorms are good value but for the price of a room you could stop in one of the hotels around the mountain with nighttime views of the lava flows.
