Costa Rica Spanish Institute is in a secure suburb about 10 minutes outside of the capital city, San José. Costa Rica Spanish Institute (COSI) provides the standard year-round small group or private Spanish lessons, including options for homestay and volunteering. During the summer COSI has a program specifically for teenagers, with chaperones and group activities included. COSI also teaches classes more than 130 kilometers away near the Manuel Antonio National Park, a rainforest park on the Pacific coast.

Weekly Cost: $320 to $545 per week depending on program. Airport pickup, materials and some cultural activities are included in price, but room and board is extra.
