Park Information - Tourist Information. Parque Nacional Corcovado - Costa Rica

Park permits and campsite reservations are issued through ACOSA (Area de Conservacion de OSA) in Puerto Jimenez. You can make reservations over the phone (2 735-5036 / 5580) or via e-mail (corcovado@minae.go.cr). All of four ranger stations require that you show your proof of permission to gain entrance to the park. If you go with a tour or professional guide you don’t have to worry about getting the permits yourself.

The entrance fee to Corcovado is $10, and it costs $4 to camp at one of the ranger stations. Food is no longer provided at the stations. La Sirena station also offers dorm-style cabins at $8 a night – reservation recommended.
