The Blue Morpho is a two-story restaurant and bar that forms part of the Castillo de Pavones hotel. The interior is an elegant combination of hardwood and stone, and ample outdoor seating provides a stunning view over the rainforest canopy and ocean beyond. The restaurant serves a selection of international cuisine, including homemade pizza and pasta. Located along the upper road (NOT the road to Punta Banco). Five or 10 minutes past the bridge you will see a sign for the restaurant at the bottom of a long hill. Open from 6-10 p.m. Thursday to Saturday. Happy hour 5-6 p.m.
