San Blass Church - Historical Building Nicoya - Costa Rica

This quaint, humble church was originally built in 1644, but was destroyed by an earthquake in 1822. Nine years later it was completely rebuilt, and the church today remains barely updated since that time. Mass is held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday and 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, but notices around the Church warn that this is subject to change according to the priest’s discretion. Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m.-11 a.m., Sunday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
