Poor Man's is a secluded resort, 20 minutes away from Agujitas by boat, and isn´t exactly for the poor man, but it´s not a bad deal, either. Cabins are colorful and spacious, spread out among a maze of tropical flowers and foliage. You can also camp in a standard tent outside or in a tent cabin (which has a bed). The only downside to camping is having to walk up the path to use the shared bathrooms. Poor Man’s Paradise has a bar and restaurant on the premises, and there is even a small church on the beach as you enter. They also offer a variety of tours, all for reasonable prices. Sports fishing packages are particularly good here.
