Tourist Information
The police station is to the right of the bank. The tourism office is located within the immigration building across from the immigration windows behind the stairs. There is also a tourist info booth next to Tracopa, which can arrange tours.

Keeping in Touch
There are a couple of internet cafes in town. One, with a sign that just says “Internet” is located beside the back of immigration on the left. Internet is $0.80 an hour, and you can also make international calls here. Open 9a.m.-10p.m. The other place, Tokio 4 is one of the first businesses on the left when you make a right on the main cross street past the bus stop. Tel: 2732-3823.
Two rows of public phones are located on the island to the left of the bus stop when you get into town.

Money
The Banco de Costa Rica is across the street from the bus stop, and they change traveler's checks. Open: Mon-Sat 8a.m.-5p.m., Sun 8a.m.-noon.

Medical
A pharmacy - Farmacia Tiffany - is located on the right after taking a left onto the main cross street.
