Plantin-Ta is a hidden gem in Santa Teresa. It doesn't look like much, the two picnic tables behind an restaurant front would be easy to miss. When we saw the tapas menu and the chef began describing some of the tapas specials for the night we quickly gave him free reign on our dinner....and asked him to just prepare what he wanted. We got a world-class meal prepared by a world-class chef. I would recommend this place to the foodies with the finest of palates.
