Relax off the beaten path in Londres, at The Laughing Gecko hostel, café and organic farm on Río Naranjo, 14 km East of Quepos. Londres (London) is half-way between the beaches of Manuel Antonio and the rainforests of Cerra Nara, where all the tours are.

Laughing Gecko offers a relaxed atmosphere. Situated on 7 acres (3 hec) of farm, the hostel is a 'Garden of Eden.'

A tropical breakfast served up with bottomless coffee or herbal teas from the farm is included in the price. The hostel also provides a free tour of the farm. Visit their four headed garden shower and take a jaunt along the creek which runs right through the premises.

Londres offers lots to do: rafting, fishing, horse back rides, zip line canopy tours, waterfalls and a skybridge, ATV's and if that's not enough, we can book you on any tour in the area or in the country.

Please note: The ´SJO´ airport is actually in Alajuela, let me know if you'd like hostel recommendations in Alajuela. You can also get a bus from the airport to San Jose or Alajuela for about 75 cents. Taxis cost $10.00 to $15.00 to San José.
