Manuel Antonio Surf School (M.A.S.S) provides bi-lingual instructors who give lessons for all ages and abilities. Prices are generally quoted at $65 per person for 3 hours, but ask about packages and group discounts. Otherwise just hire a surfboard for $10 an hour and go for it.
