Escalafrio

Location:
Quepos, Quepos, Costa Rica

Restaurant Types:
Italian

By Dallas

Indulging in simple favorites in a warm classic environment has universal appeal. Perhaps this is why Escalofrio is a favorite drop-in for many locals and tourists alike. Specializing in Italian pastas, pizzas and desserts, menus provide text in both English and Spanish, with a spot of Italian. Pizza prices vary but you can get one for about $10 and they’re big enough to share with a friend. There is an impressive selection of ice cream flavors, which are a bit pricey compared to other heladerias in town, but the quality will justify your indulgence. Found in central Quepos near the bus station.
