You can find any tropical fruit or vegetable at this lively market for a cheap price. Located south of town under the row of palm trees, the market is open Friday and Saturday from dawn till dusk. Even if you do not intend to cook, the display is impressive as an example of what the surrounding fertile lands produce, and how the local farmers make a living. Keep valuables in a safe place, as the market is busy, and carry small bills.
