Hanoi restaurant has a pleasant street view of the Plaza del Cristo. It is a pleasant place to take in the world going by through the pretty open windows with cast iron frames. The professional wait staff is pleasant and friendly and the place has a band who will play while you are eating (expect to tip). While the name suggests Asian food, meals are criollo, including chicken, beef and seafood with rice. There are a couple of mixed rice dishes. Cost for an entrée is around CUC 4 for the cheapest and up to CUC 12 for the most expensive. Open midday to midnight.
