Scuba Diving

One of the few things to do that is cheap in Cuba, diving is a bargain here. Dive trips can be arranged with the friendly dive master on the beach at the dive hut in front of Hotel Ancon. For just CUC35, it is possible to dive with this outfit. Check out the equipment thoroughly before committing, especially the regulators. Dives can also be arranged at Marina Marlin, opposite Hotel Ancon. Night dives can also be arranged. Scuba diving here is pleasant in the fairly still waters, around the coral a little way off the shore.
