Cuevas del Indio

The Cuevas del Indio are located around 5 kilometers outside of Viñales village. It takes around 25 minutes to navigate the cave, at first walking, but later on, the walking tour comes to an end and visitors hop into a small boat which traverses the river that runs through the rest of the cave. Here, the guide will point out various items that look more or less like familiar objects, such as the champagne bottle, the serpent, the crocodile and the seahorse. There is a restaurant and a number of souvenir shops on the site. This is a stop on the Viñales bus tour.
