Cozy

I discovered this place by accident. I was walking by and glanced through the window and decided to stop in for a drink because the atmosphere looked cozy. I was happy to discover that it was also a hostel and restaurant with great food and drink prices. It's definitely the best place you can stay for the money in the entire town of Antigua.

Love this place.

The atmosphere is great, the garden is pretty, drinks are cheap, and the food is some of the best "All American-type" food you can get in Antigua. Go for the philly.

Do not stay here

The showers are not only cold, but some will give you an electrical shock if you touch the nozzle. We stayed a whole night, spent a nice amount of money at the bar, but the owner kicked us out of the common area after we had been sitting there for 10 minutes while we were waiting for our shuttle, which would have arrived in another five minutes.

Rude Manager

Even though I asked for my equipment to be locked away, it wasn't. The owner refused to take any responsibility for my stolen ipod, charger and adaptor. He was quite rude and ignorant when dealing with me – he put his ipod earphones in to listen to music when I was talking to him. Pathetic.

Beautiful place

The best ribs in town and an amazing view of the volcanoes.
