Las Hamacas looks like all the other restaurants on Calle Principal but the food is a cut above the rest. Its popularity arises from their tasty pizzas. Vegetarian, house special with shrimp, ham, the pizzas are big enough for two not-so-hungry people to share. The staff is happy to pack up any leftovers to take away. The menu is small but they also have seafood, ceviche and pasta dishes and a variety of beers or juices to drink. Surprisingly, there are not many hammocks. Open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day.
