On the south east corner of the town plaza, 3a Calle and 5a Avenida, there is a Banrural (open Monday – Friday 8.30a.m. – 5p.m. and 9a.m. – 1p.m. on Saturday)and a Bam with a Cajero 5B. There is also a Banco Industrial with a Cajero 5B on 3a Calle and 7a Avenida.

There is an Internet café on 7a Avenida and 3a Calle, charges 8Q/$1 an hour and is open Monday - Saturday 8a.m. – 9p.m. It has skype and Xbox and the air-conditioning in cranked up high.

There is a Farmacia Prado on 3a Calle, between 7a and 8a Avenida, which is open early morning until late at night.

The post office is on the north-eastern corner of the plaza, on 5a Avenida, and t he bright pink municipal office is at the end of 5a Avenida on the waterfront.
