The scruffy stretch of beach at the end of 'Main Street' is nothing to bother about during the day. But come night-time this is the place to get your groove on. There are a couple of discos here, nothing much more that shacks with a dance floor, but there is a bar serving cans and spirits and usually plenty of people dancing to the very very loud tunes. Some of the music is pretty hard core but if you don’t fancy joining in you can sit back under the palm trees and watch. Be careful, however, as the lighting is extremely poor so you should watch your possessions and perhaps keep away from the water’s edge.
