Flores has many restaurants for all budgets and tastes: local cuisine, Italian or fast food, make your choice. The local specialties are tepescuintle (agouti, a rabbit-sized jungle rodent), venado (venison), pavo Silvestre (wild turkey) and pescado blanco (white fish). Many restaurants have waterfront terraces, where you can watch the sunset while drinking a beer. Most of the restaurants are along Calle 30 de Junio, Calle Union and Calle 30 de Septiembre.
