Although this hotel doesn't rate very highly on the charm scale, it's probably the best option for the pure budget traveler. It's safe, centrally located and offers private rooms for as low as 100L or 150 L if you want a bathroom. Try to land one of the rooms that has windows facing out onto the balcony, since the rooms without windows have a somewhat claustrophobic feel. Note that though the hotel itself is secure, the surrounding neighborhood can get dodgy at night.
