Also known as Plaza Morazan, this is definitely the place to go if you feel like listening to crazy Hondurans rant about religion and/or politics. There's almost always someone screaming next to the large equestrian statue of Morazan, watched by a crowd that alternates between apathy, bemusement and enthusiastic applause. As you might guess, this is a cool place to people watch. Grab a bench and take in the spectacle, just don't hang around too long after dark.
