Cholula has a surprising amount of vegetarian and non-Mexican options. There are several good, cheapish places around the zócalo and along Avenida Morelos; super penny-pinchers or those on a particularly tight budget should try the Cosme de Razo market on 3 Norte and Avenida Hidalgo. Otherwise, head out towards 14 Oriente (which turns in Camino Real de Cholula, part of San Andres Cholula).
