Pallawatsch is Austrian slang for a little of everything and that´s exactly what this restaurant serves- from typical Mexican dishes to curry, goulash or Vietnamese spring rolls. Chef Ana Bredée is a leading proponent of the “Slow Food” movement, which had its first non-European-based congress in Puebla last year, meaning dishes are prepared using local ingredients, with a focus on being as fresh and environmentally friendly as possible. There´s a groovy atmosphere at Pallawatsch and they often have live music during the weekends.
