San José - Historical Building Puebla - Mexico

For tourists with time to see just one church, San José is a good choice. It does require a bit of a walk from the other attractions in the very center, but the reward is a  ‘best of’ what Puebla’s churches offer. Talaveras and red bricks cover the facade, while inviting colors brighten the interior, which shines with ornate gold decorations. There are plenty of huge paintings including a pretty explicit depiction of Christ suffering.
