The Museo de la Indumentaria Mexicana shares the former convent of San Jerónimo with the Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana and around 30 cats. The museum has both temporary exhibitions on traditional Mexican clothing and a permanent collection of more than a thousand indigenous tehuana dresses. The site itself is interesting to wander around afterwards, if just to see 16th century colonial patios (such as the Patio de las Novicias) and modern buildings existing side by side.
