This claims to be the cheapest place in town but it offers excellent facilities, a friendly smile and a great location - next to the bus stop and around the corner from the Plaza de Armas. Rooms, which ring around a concrete motel-style courtyard, are on the small side but come with bathroom and cable television. Some staff speak English and all will help with onward travel plans.
