There is a cross-border bus service from Tuscon, Arizona to and from Alamos. Transportes Baldomero Corral (TBC) buses runs the service. Phoenix/TBC at (602) 258-2355, 258-2445 or Tucson TBC at (520) 903-2801. The trip takes about 12 hours and makes several short stops at large cities. It also stops at the border at Nogales for passengers to pass through customs. Be sure to get your tickets ahead of time, as they sometimes sell out. Tucson bus terminal: 1428 South 6th Ave.
