This is the most popular budget spot in town. Justifiably so, because it is the best deal available, with breakfast and dinner included. It is a great place to meet fellow travelers, even if mealtimes can feel a bit like a holiday camp. Rooms are small, but regularly cleaned and very comfortable, though the water can be temperamental.
Tours are available, but sometimes be pushed a bit too much by the owners.

the owners were so pushy and rude when i took a cheaper tour with someone else. the dorm is the cheapest in town but the tours seemed pricey. when i was there two german travelers died when from the gas heaters. the gas heater in my room kept going out so i changed hotels the next day
Great Little Hotel
I loved the intimacy of the room where everyone eats, it opens off the front door. Rooms are cozy and very clean. Darling Mexico! I am going back after 14 years in August... The trip to Batopilas is really what's calling me.
