This is a great spot to try out the local Oacaxan specialties in good portions at surprisingly reasonable. Its pleasant location overlooks the bustling main square and musicians create a good atmosphere in the evenings. Dishes include Chicken in Mole Negro sauce, made with bananas, chilies and, of course, chocolate, and Chiles Rellenos, a spicy dish of chilies stuffed with meat.
