Several lavanderias are dotted around Oaxaca- ask your hotel to recommend the nearest. One of the most central is Super Lavanderia, on the corner of Hidalgo and JP Garcia. At $6.50 for 3.5 kilos, it's not cheap but they do offer ironing service. Open Monday-Saturday 8am to 8pm. Dura Clean (40 Quetzalcoatl, corner with Tinoco y Palacio) is a bargain at $1 per kilo but may take a day or two. There's also tiny Laundry Asado just round the corner at 707D Tinoco y Palacio that charges $1.20-$1.40 per kilo.
