Boca 21 Deli - Restaurant Guadalajara - Mexico

Slightly snobby Boca 21 Deli has almost nothing "Mexican" to it, except for the refried-bean and cheese heaven of "molletes gratinados" on the breakfast menu. Instead, this air-conditioned mainstay (with chalk menus and exposed ventilation ducts) on Avenida Chapultepec has deli delights: sandwiches, quiche, salads, tapas, and even wok-cooked dishes. The large toasted sandwiches (choose your bread) are made at the counter by young good-looking people. The "Noruega" sandwich comes with salmon, cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and red onion (59 pesos). Free WiFi.
