This is popular because it is centrally located and close to the town’s most major attraction, the Maya museum. Rooms are fine and there is a good size swimming pool with sun loungers out the back, but the place is very concrete-y and more a motel than a hotel as rooms circle around a carpark at its centre.

Clean & Reasonable!
75%Very affordable, most other reviews are a little off pn their pricing... ifyou want just a basic room... we never take... the prices are mostly in line BUT is you want AC and a TV the count on 35.00 for two people. They have a swimming pool as well which makes this the BEST cheap place in Chetumal! We stay there everytime we go there, which is 4-5 times a year! The room colors are a little hard on the eyes, you will see when you get there, and the mattreses and pillows are a little on the uncomfortable side but hey... it is reasonable! AND IT HAS A POOL!
