Just off the main strip of Tukum is Azafran, a relaxed restaurant with an ecclectic menu, attracting locals as well as foreigners. It is originally a breakfast place, serving up veggie omelettes, European-inspired fruit crepes, whole-grain bread and bagels as well as the hearty "Hangover Breakfast". Azafran has recently added a dinner menu, always prepared by chef and co-owner Rene.
