Bar

By Habana Cafe

If you're craving a taste of Latin life with a touch of Cuban spice, the atmosphere at Habana Café in Tulum Pueblo will satisfy. Habana’s Cuban inspired design is permeated with beats from Latin-infused reggae, Son, Latin house and Merengue. Come for the salsa dancing and our specialty cocktails, mixed by our unfeasibly sexy staff.

The street level bar brings a style reminiscent of the elegance and opulence of "The Havana 50s" to Tulum. Inspired by memories of “La Habana” set in the decade where the intimacy of art and music brought people together, Habana Café reproduces not only that era’s style, but its vibrant ambience.

Let our spirits get you in the mood – from mixed cocktails of every variety and color, to the rare Rhums and vintage Armagnacs accompanied by select Cuban cigars from our humidor. Wine lovers can also find their happiness with Bourgogne or Rioja choices.

Salsa under the stars in the Sky Bar

The scene is even more impressive on our massive, roof deck. With its elaborate rooftop garden, 10 foot palm trees, a huge palapa bar, lanterns, and attractive bartenders, the Sky Bar may be the swankest place in Tulum for imbibing outdoors.

Yet Habana’s roofdeck isn’t for simply sitting and sipping. Parties at this indoor-outdoor lounge are hopping with Latin performers and international DJs on the weekends. You’ll find a dynamic, mixed crowd cutting a rug on the wood-plant dance platform, accompanied by live bands’ or eclectic DJs grooves and a star-filled Tulum night sky.

Skilled bartenders take good care of their customers, mixing Mojito, Daiquiri and top-shelf margaritas, along with such pleasers as the Salsa Morena, a lively Sex in Orgasm and an ultra-fresh Santiago de Cuba, made with Havana Club rhum, lemon juice, grenadine and marrasquino.

Order a mojito house special and sit back while Son music and a million stars serenade the flirtatious, sexy crowd, or get into the mix on the dance floor. Either way, you’ll find out why Habana’s festive nights keep Tulum's temperatures hot all year round.

Cuban Chic

Rating: 100%

One of the biggest surprises during my trip to Tulum. Chic, and old-fashioned bar downstairs yet very glamourous and trendy parties late at night and a place with both tourists and locals. Finding it is already an adventure and when you sit there with your mojito you think - yeah, I'm in the right place!

The best Mojito we ever had outside of cuba - Good vibes there is a large Open bar on the terrace for dancing. Lots of eye candies partying.
