Carlito's Sunrise Paradise

Carlito's is the most expensive of the budget places. It's definitely the nicest of the three, but for $40 you can get a far nicer room on the north of the island. All rooms have a private bathroom and some have a fan – a rarity on the island. It's also the only hotel of the three to have electrical outlets in the room – something you'll appreciate if you want to charge up something expensive. Power runs until 10:30 p.m. Carlito's sells dinner and breakfast, but has no common kitchen.
