This elegant old church follows the usual Granada pattern: a decaying original exterior hiding a gleaming renovated interior. The frescoes and beautifully carved altar are worth checking out, and are well combined with a trip to Iglesia la Merced and the forteleza. This church, along with the adjoining park, are both named after the indigenous tribe that originally inhabited the area.
