Plaza de la Independencia and Parque Central - City Plaza Granada - Nicaragua
These adjoining parks are a pleasant place to hangout, and the center of Granada's cultural and social scene. Parque Central is host to souvenir vendors, food and ice-cream stands, and artists by day, while groups of canoodling lovers move in at night. Both are relaxing spots to people-watch, though Parque Central is quite a bit better equipped in terms of shady benches.
