Traveler Reviews of El Club

Nice and clean

Our experience at El Club is absolutely marvelous. A nice place to go, small boutique hotel with great value for money. Their menu is a relief, after long time local food, finally international quality food. All reasonable priced and rich plates.

Horrible Experience

The only good thing was the food. The rooms were small, dark and windowless with no chairs! The bathroom was so small we had to sit sideways on the commode. It was hot and the A/C did not work well. We were charged up front on our credit card and when we decided to go to another hotel because of poor accommodations we were refused a refund. Note: this was NOT BOOKED as a prepaid package with a non-cancellable deposit. We never expected to be billed before we checked out, but they processed our credit card the day we checked in. Would not go back, would not recommend.

Feeling at home!!!

The right mixture of a modern place in a beautiful colonial building. The guests are from all over the place, even locals love it!
