Hotel 440 is a family owned and operated guesthouse located in the unique Calle La Calzada, in Granada. Optional breakfast is available, and so is lunch and dinner, but if you want to enjoy the diverse and good food of Granada cuisine, in front is located Pizza Mona Lisa, a wood oven cooked Italian pizza with your favorite wine. Nearby is a bar with the best atmosphere in Granada, Macondo, where you can taste real Spanish food, tapas, sangria, and many other dishes while seating in La Calzada or in one of the four big corridors of the colonial house.

Optional Spanish classes are available with a professional Spanish teacher, Bayardo Corea, one of the best in the city. All classes include private tutoring with flexible schedules so you can enjoy your experience in Granada.
