Run by the same affable Floridian behind the Alabama Rib Shack, this hotel is particularly popular among Peace Corps visitors. Rooms are clean, though not immaculately so. Their honeymoon suite would be a good value were it not for its location alongside their noisy terrace-bar. It's tough to imagine a romantic getaway amidst all the ruckus outside, although the party only goes until ten-thirty. Generally, the best value are their mid-range, $25 rooms, which can sleep three and are well-suited to families traveling on a budget.
